All orders are shipped insured via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. If you need an item rushed, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you right quick! Shipping is free for orders of more than $100 before tax!   Flat $6 shipping fee for orders under $100.  

Arrival Times

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment - UNLESS the piece you've ordered has been sold and needs to be created.  If that is the case, I will let you know right away and will usually quote you 2 to 3 weeks at the max.  Rush orders are accepted; please notify me before submitting your purchase.  You are welcome and encouraged to check in with me any time to inquire about the status of your order.

International Orders

bumblebee ships worldwide.  Shipping within Canada takes approximately 3 - 7 days.  Shipping to the USA takes approximately 6 - 12 days.  Shipping elsewhere takes approximately 6 - 15 business days.  International customers are responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes associated with shipping to their respective country.


If you change your mind about an order, please inform us immediately.  Once an order has been approved and processed, no cancellations are permitted and the full fee is charged.


If an item arrives damaged, e-mail us immediately and we will send you a replacement. The damaged item must first be returned in order to credit your account.

Refund and Returns

bumblebee wants you to be happy.  I mean really happy.  So we have the 100% happiness guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange only. Please send an email to beejewelry.ca and we will begin processing your request. There is no re-stocking fee, but the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Sales items are a final sale and cannot be returned. All custom work is a final sale, so we cannot accept a return on any custom order. Please insure returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Because jewelry is a personal item, we cannot accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.
