Can I visit the studio in person?

bumblebee jewelry studio houses many styles and designs that aren't featured on the website, so visitors are welcome. Custom design customer often visit to personally select their colours, stones, length, etc. please call or email for an appointment

I like a piece, but want different colours/length.. is that possible?

Absolutely.  bumblebee specializes in custom designs and customers often have GREAT creative ideas. Send me an email and we'll work together to create your own individualized work of jewelry art!

I like a piece, but wish it had a matching necklace, bracelet or earrings - can I get that?

Absolutely. I make certain designs in sets, and not others, but I'm always open to completing a set. Send me an email with your request.

Do you do custom work?

bumblebee jewelry is renowned for its custom pieces. If you have a creative idea, please contact us and we can work together to create that perfect piece. Any of the pieces on the website can be made with your choice of colors, gemstones or size.

If you have any size specifications on a particular piece, please specify on your order email. We'll confirm your wishes when we respond. Specific lengths are most important for chokers.

Will my jewelry look exactly the same as it does on the website?

bumblebee jewelry is handmade, using natural semi-precious stones and crystals. We do our best to match all stones, but since gemstones are natural minerals they occasionally vary in size and colour, but not a lot!

How do I order?

To place an order, click 'buy' beside the pieces you want and you'll be directed to an email page. You can include details or specifics within your email, as well as any questions. We'll confirm your order via email as soon as we receive it.

What payment do you accept?

For the time being, we accept only cash, cheque or money order.  bumblebee jewelry is a small business, and we do everything we can to keep costs down. We hope this makes up for any inconvenience, and we will incorporate more convenient payment options as the business grows!

Cheques that are returned due to insufficient funds are subject to a $20 fee.  If this happens, we may request that you send a money order to ensure that funds will be available.

What can't I pay by credit card?

bumblebee is a small business. To keep costs down, we aren't able to incorporate credit card orders yet.  As the business grows, we hope to add credit cards and debit purchases soon.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

To pick up your order from bumblebee studio in Toronto, just call or email to set up a time.

If your item is being shipped, we'll email you when the package has been sent. Payment must clear before items are createdand shipped.

Each piece is handmade, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon request. Private viewings available by appointment.

Shipping

All orders are shipped insured via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. If you need an item rushed, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you!

Cancellations: If you change your mind about an order, please inform us immediately, as once an order has been approved, no cancellations are permitted and the full fee is charged.

Damages : If an item arrives damaged, please e-mail us immediately and we will send you a replacement right away. The damaged item must first be returned in order to credit your account.


REFUNDS & RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please send an email to beejewelry.ca and we will begin processing your request. There is no re-stocking fee, but the cost of shipping is non-refundable. The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Sales items are a final sale and cannot be returned. All custom work is a final sale, so we cannot accept a return on any custom order. Please insure returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. Because jewelry is a personal item, we do not accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.

Who Designed your Site?

The web and user interface design for this site was built by Martin Borowski of Lucas Media. Martin's design skillz and abilities are second to none - there's nothing he can't do.
